Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m Lily, the stylist and owner behind Sapphire Lily LLC, located in Frederick, Maryland.
I believe hair care is more than just a service. It’s a form of self-care that deserves intention, education, and respect. I’ve created a calm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and receive thoughtful, customized care.
With years of experience in haircutting, silk presses, scalp wellness, and color services, my approach is rooted in healthy hair practices and long-term results. I am committed to continued education and refining my skills so I can provide services that are both modern and sustainable for your hair.
My goal is simple: for every client to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me at home spending time with my husband, Brus, and our two boys, Ezekiel and MJ. We enjoy slow days, being present in the moment, and creating memories together, whether that’s relaxing at home or heading out on a spontaneous adventure.
In my downtime, I love getting lost in a good book, especially mystery thrillers or romance novels. Baking is another favorite of mine. There’s something comforting about slowing down and creating something from scratch.
I don’t believe in simply creating a look without a conversation. My approach is rooted in listening, education, and transparency. We’ll talk through what you like, what hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what realistically fits into your lifestyle and maintenance routine.
Trained at Paul Mitchell The Temple and with over a decade of experience behind the chair, I focus on creating styles and color that feel wearable and sustainable, not just trendy in the moment. Whether you prefer something low-maintenance or enjoy a more involved routine, my goal is to help you feel confident in hair that works for your everyday life.
