Salon Policies

By booking an appointment with Sapphire Lily LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine and to ensure a smooth experience for every client.

Appointments & Booking

​

All appointments must be booked in advance. New clients may be required to complete a New Client Form prior to booking select services. Appointment requests are reviewed to ensure the appropriate service and timing are scheduled.

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee an appointment.

Deposits

​

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy​

​

I understand that life happens. However, last-minute cancellations impact my ability to accommodate other guests.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  • Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Clients who cancel or reschedule last-minute two or more times may be required to prepay 100% of their service for future appointments. This payment is non-refundable and will be applied to the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

​

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to allow for a full and unrushed experience.

  • Arriving 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or modified service. The full service price will still apply.

  • Arriving 15–20 minutes late without communication may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled.

  • Late arrivals may impact subsequent appointments and service availability.

Hair History & Consultations

​

Clients are responsible for providing complete and honest hair history. Failure to disclose prior color, box dye, henna, chemical treatments, or other services may affect results and may require additional services, time, or cost.

Some color services require a consultation prior to booking.

Refunds & Adjustments

​

All services are final. No refunds are provided for services rendered.

Retail products are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged for an account credit to be applied toward future services.
